While Midwest Battle Buddies automatically collects information about your computer and Internet requests, we do not collect any personal information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide the information. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, loaned, or shared with any outside person or organization (apart from any third parties necessary for the hosting and operation of the Site, as notated below.) Local businesses may petition us to contact site users who have previously requested information about their particular organization. The Midwest Battle Buddies governing board will only release the information if its potential use is in keeping with Midwest Battle Buddies' overall mission of increasing awareness and support for local tourism. This policy applies only to the Midwest Battle Buddies website. Other websites that are linked to Midwest Battle Buddies have different and separate privacy policies.

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information ") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

When you use the Site, and if you provide your Personal Information through the use of a contact form, application for service, or other means, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Protecting the privacy of our website visitors is very important to Midwest Battle Buddies website. This data, if collected, will be will be used solely for purposes of analyzing website traffic and making improvements for visitors to Midwest Battle Buddies website.

If you choose to send us e-mail or fill out a web-based form, that information is stored in an employee's e-mail client or in an online database. We use that information to respond to your request or to provide interaction on our website. Supplying such information is entirely voluntary. Midwest Battle Buddies will not knowingly accept personally identifiable information from visitors under the age of 18 who have not obtained permission from their parents or guardians.

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorization by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
